  The San Luis is very well situated, close to the sea and within easy reaching distance of Mahon. It also has excellent pools and seems to be very family friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious and have excellent views out towards the sea. The restaurant is buffet style, which suits the clientele well and the food is of a fairly good standard. There's also a fairly well equipped bar and the staff all seem very friendly and welcoming.

  Wish we went back to the Victoria Player at Santo Thomas.. lower rating but great place staff and all good quality food.. so please be careful

  I was sent on a press trip to the hotel, but am under no obligation to leave a review! The hotel is right on the ocean, but this part of the island doesn't have beaches. I didn't mind though, I loved jumping off the rocks into the sea! The hotel was very clean and modern, and the staff were friendly. You can use the hotel down the road too, and I loved their pool, but used our hotel's pool too. I also had a massage at their spa, which wasn't cheap but added a nice element to my holiday! A perfect hotel if you want a tranquil and restful holiday. Lots of older couples, but a few families too.

  Staying at port blue San Luis right now with large family group. All inclusive. Great place. Super clean and great choice of food. Staff are amazing. They work so hard. A credit to the hotel

  Now to top that I'd returned my towels of which I'd borrowed for the cost of €20 deposit. To wish they have refused to refund us as I wasn't given a card in wish to return them with.. so be warned !! Con ? Or staff member on fiddle.. I'm not impressed and as put a right damper on our holiday... paid more for this holiday by £500 compared to last holiday as was supposed to be higher rating...

  This is the last night of our stay. We been for two weeks. I must say that our room was kept cleaned and cannot fault the sevice staff at all they do a great job..

  Although have been unable to eat here for the past 5 days!! Although at end of season the cost of holiday wasn't reduced the food has been absolutely terrible..qaulity and quantity are both well below standards...but I would like to to have the basics .. feeling sorry for the new arrivals as they will get even less..

  I am disappointed with the standard of the Hotel. In my opinion it is not a 4 star Hotel. The food offered to the guests is below the standard of a 4 star Hotel. The room is ok apart from lack of wardrobe space. The reception staff are helpful & friendly. The area by the pool is to crowded. The sun beds are rather too close together. The entertainment team is very poor!! The quality of attractions on offer are of a low grade.
